A business requires a lot of knowledge and a lot of micro steps in order for everything to "flow". Personally I believe in slowly but surely growing so that we can keep up with everything. Too much at once can be too much to handle. I really loved the points that you made about watching all of the sub systems that are involved in the larger system.
